Those of us who’ve been in real estate for a while have a responsibility to help others understand what it takes to be successful in this industry. This blog will be a place for open discussion, where real estate professionals are welcome to lend their voice to a conversation about what will lead you, the individual, to professional and personal success.

I believe in the power education and ongoing professional training, of looking to others to see what they’re doing right and then doing it better, and of the important role values like integrity, honesty and trust play in business.

Here, we talk about this, with book recommendations, insight from executives who’ve achieved success and some writings from me that talk about what I’ve learned from nearly a quarter-century in real estate as an agent, manager, executive and company founder.
